Using Online Drop-In (Student)

Note: If you plan to use Online Drop-In, you must use Queue mode and are only able to check in through Penji (web.penjiapp.com or mobile app). 

Check-in Process through your own DEVICE:

1. Login to web.penjiapp.com or access the mobile app
2. Select the button that relates to drop-in on your home screen
3. Select a topic, which results in a filtered view of scheduled drop-in hours for that topic at different locations 
4. Tap "Check-In" at your preferred location 
5. Wait until you are notified (through email or push notification) that the provider is ready to start working with you. Once the provider is ready, you will be shown the Online Meeting Details in Penji 
   • There will be a button that says "Open Zoom" (or another online platform) that takes you directly into the meeting. 

Check-Out Process

You will not check out of Queue mode. Your providers are responsible for checking students out and saying when they are done working with them.
