Admins: School-Level Overview

Penji has two levels to its structure, School and Community. The School is the overarching unit within Penji. There will always be one school, but each school can have multiple communities. Communities generally correspond to distinct support centers at the school, eg. the Learning Center, the Engineering Advising Center, the Peer Mentoring Program, etc. 

There are both school-level admin and community-level admin. School-level admin are users who can review ALL community data and update school-level settings.

• Students Tab: From the admin website > school view > students tab, school-level admin can view a list of all students who have accessed any community at the school. Here, you can also click on the "view" icon for a student, and see their interactions for all modes of support for all communities (campus-wide).
• Visits Tab: From the admin website > school view > visits tab, school-level admin can export a single file, for a specific time frame, with data for all modes of support for all communities (campus-wide). This file can also be set up as an automatic export via SFTP.

Note, that a school-level admin also needs specific community-level admin access to click into a community to see their data and adjust their settings.
