How can I delete my account?

You can request to delete your account by logging into Penji at https://web.penjiapp.com/ then selecting Settings > Account Settings > Account Deletion > Delete Account.

What happens after I delete my account?

Once you request to delete your account permanently, we will process the deletion request and you will no longer be able to log into Penji. Data associated with your account such as username, password, web and app sessions, and other data only shown to you will be deleted according to the retention period described in our Data Privacy Policy. After the deletion process completes, the data will not be recoverable.

Legally protected data such as educational records which must be maintained under FERPA will be retained for compliance reasons, as well as any data you may have shared with others within Penji such as feedback responses. This data will only be deleted if requested by your school.
