When there are no providers available to help with the course/topic a student is looking to schedule an appointment in, students are shown the below screen:
This information is saved in Penji and can be downloaded as a report.
How to Access the Report:
- Go to the Admin page.
- Select Courses and then Manage.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Export Course Availability Requests.
The report includes:
- Student name
- Student email
- Course requested
- Request date and time
Real-Time Notifications:
The email listed under Contact Information in your settings will receive real-time reminders whenever a user clicks Let your center know.
