Adding a New Admin
To grant admin access to a new user in your Penji community, follow these steps:

Go to the Admin Panel
- Log into the Penji Admin Portal (admin.penjiapp.com)
- Navigate to the Admin Panel of your community.

Access Admin User Settings
- Click on Settings.
- Under the General tab, select Admin Users.

Add a New Admin
- Input the email address of the person you want to add.
- Click + Add User to grant admin access.

Confirm the Addition
- First-time Penji users will receive an email invitation to create their account.
- Returning Penji users will automatically be added as Admins with no notification. Let them know that they now have access from their Penji Admin Portal (admin.penjiapp.com)
Removing an Admin
To remove an admin from your Penji community:

Go to the Admin Panel
- Log into the Penji Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Settings > Admin Users.

Locate the Admin to Remove
- Find their email address in the Admin Users list.

Remove the Admin
- Click the "-" (minus) sign next to their email address.
- Confirm the removal when prompted.

Verify Changes
- Ensure the removed admin no longer appears in the Admin Users list.
Common Questions
Q: I added new Admin users, but some did not receive an invite email. Why?
A: If an Admin user was automatically added to the Admin Users list and does not appear in the "Invites - Pending" section, it means they are already a Penji user. In this case, an invite email is not necessary for them to access the Admin Panel.
Q: How can they access the Admin Panel if they didn’t receive an invite?
A: They should go to the Penji Admin Panel Homepage and login with their existing Penji account. If they are listed as Admins, they will have the appropriate access.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of Admins I can add?
A: No, there is no limit to the number of Admin users you can invite.
Q: What if they still can’t access the Admin Panel?
A: Ensure they are logging in with the correct email associated with their Penji account. If they continue to have trouble, they can try:
- Logging out and back in
- Using an incognito/private browser window
Important Notes
- Only existing admins can add or remove other admins.
- If you are unable to make these changes, contact Penji Support for assistance.
- Removing an admin does not delete any of their previous actions or records.
