How to Block an Individual Student

While Penji doesn’t currently offer a feature to block a student from working with specific tutors, we can help facilitate blocking a student at the school level. This would remove their access to Penji at your institution. If you'd like to proceed with this option, contact [e-mail] and we will assist you.

Helpful Interim Solution:

If you do not want to block the student at the school level, Penji offers an Alerts feature that allows you to receive notifications whenever a specific student books a session with a particular tutor. This provides a way to stay informed and intervene as needed without needing to remove access entirely.
