What does "Pending" mean in the provider column within the Sessions Tab?
Pending means that this tutor has not yet joined Penji. Have them complete setup of their Penji account and click Teach and they should both see their upcoming session as well as switch to a non-pending tutor in your admin panel.
Why on my Sessions Export does the "Scheduled Start At Date" not match the "Started At Date"?
The system calculates the "Started At Date" and the "Ended At Date" based on when the provider submits their feedback log for the session. We would expect this to be done on the same day as the session. The "Scheduled Start At Date" and "Scheduled End At Date" reflect the date the session occurred (which agree to the "Requested Start At Date" and "Requested End At Date").
Note, the payroll tab is calculated based on the "Scheduled Start At Date" and the "Scheduled End At Date".
How do the provider and student systems interact? Does the system recognize when a provider books an appointment as a student within their availability?
The provider and student systems do not interact, as we would expect a provider to not book an appointment when they have available hours to help students.
- If the provider books an appointment as a student first, their provider hours are still available for other students to book
- If a student makes an appointment with a provider first, the provider can make an appointment as a student during that time
How are popular topics determined for drop-in locations that are shown on a kiosk?
The popular courses, at that specific drop-in location, are based on the data from the last 100 check-ins (at the location) that have not been canceled. The list of popular courses/topics is unique to each location.
