Penji records a lot of data about the interactions at your center. We have created a few excel template reports to help with your data reporting. With these templates, you will download/input easily accessible information from your Penji Admin website into the template. Please reach out to support@penjiapp.com for any questions or custom reporting help.

Below you will find a list of available reports and the link to download them. The links will open in Google Sheets, you should download them to Microsoft Excel to utilize the full features of the reports (Open report > File > Download > Microsoft Excel). Within the heading, "Report Details and Video Guide" you will find a video walkthrough of each report and a quick summary of what each report shows. The order the reports are listed below is the same order within the heading, "Report Details and Video Guide".

Report Details and Video Guide
1. All Student Duration (Session + Check-In)
This report calculates by each individual student, for a specific time frame, the total duration spent in sessions, which include 1:1 and groups, and Drop-In. This information is based on your student export, sessions export, and Check-In export, all available in your admin panel. If your center only utilizes sessions or check-ins, do not use this report! Use the reports that are for that specific mode below. If your center does not have any Note, this report only includes completed sessions where students were present.

2. Student Session Duration Totals
This report calculates by each individual student, for a specific time frame, the total duration spent in sessions which include 1:1 and groups. The report also includes a count of how many sessions each individual student attended within the date range. This information is based on your student export and sessions export, both available in your admin panel. Note, that this report only includes completed sessions where students were present.

3. Student Drop-In Duration Totals
This report calculates by each individual student, for a specific time frame, the total duration spent in Drop-In. The report also includes a count of how many Drop-In interactions each individual student had within the date range. This information is based on your student export and check-in export, both available in your admin panel.

4. Provider Session Duration Totals
This report calculates by each provider, for a specific time frame, the total duration spent leading sessions which include 1:1 and groups. The report also includes a count of how many sessions each provider led within the date range. This information is based on your tutor eligibility list and sessions export, both available in your admin panel. Note, this report only includes completed sessions where students were present.

5. Provider Drop-In Duration Totals
This report calculates by each provider, for a specific time frame, the total duration spent working with students in Drop-In mode. The report also includes a count of how many Drop-In interactions each provider led within the date range. This information is based on your provider eligibility list and check-in export, both available in your admin panel.

The report also includes a count of how many interactions each provider led within the date range. This information is based on your provider eligibility list, session export and check-in export, all available in your admin panel.

What are other schools doing?
Below is a list of reports you are able to generate based on Penji Data. Please let us know if you need help generating any of these, or if there is another report you believe would be helpful:
- How many unique courses have each unique student received help in
- Total duration across all modes of support for a unique student within a specific time frame
- What is the percent of canceled sessions to actual completed/present session
- What is the busiest day of the week for my center for sessions (or drop-in)
- What percent of students who are invited to sections actually attend
