Events Tab
Editing an Event
To edit an event, you will log in to the admin panel > Events tab > select the eye icon for the event you would like to edit. Once you select the eye icon, you can view the event details. From here, select "Edit" where you can edit the same fields you initially entered while creating the event. When you are done editing the event, select "Save".
Upcoming Event Attendance
To view which students are registered for the event (expected to attend), you'll log in to the admin panel > Events tab > select the eye icon for the event you would like to view. From here, you will select "Attendees". You can add students to the event by selecting "+ Add student".
If you would like to view which students have been preloaded by an admin to the event (meaning the admin downloaded the event invite file while creating/editing the event >filled it out > uploaded the file) select "Invites". Here, you will see if they were added as a Registered or Roster add. If the student is listed as "Roster", they are only preloaded for attendance purposes, they do not receive any emails or notifications about the event.
Managing Waitlists - Waitlists Tab
Skip this section if you do not plan to utilize waitlists.
If you are using waitlists, to view who is on the waitlist for your events, you will log in to the admin panel > waitlists tab. This will be a view of all students who are on a waitlist for all events. You have the option to add students to a waitlist by selecting "+ Add Student".
If you select the eye icon, you can view more details about the student who is on the waitlist (additional waitlists they are on and events they are already in), as well as current event details. From here, you can also decide to add the student to the event by selecting "Admit".
Reviewing Event Attendance - Logs Tab
To view feedback and event attendance, you will log in to the admin panel > logs tab. Here you can select the eye icon to view specific event feedback and attendance.
Add/Adjust Attendance
Once you have clicked into an event, select "Attendance" to add/adjust your attendance data. To add students to this specific event, for attendance purposes, select "+ Add Student". If you would like to edit a student's already recorded attendance, you will select the pencil icon near the student's name.
