The Events Group Chat in Penji allows tutors and participants to communicate in real-time within an event. This feature enables seamless coordination, instant updates, and interactive discussions before, during, and after an event.
Accessing the Group Chat as a Tutor

Navigate to the event where you are set as a tutor or host.

Open the "Teach" tab and locate the specific event (e.g., Study Skills 101).

Click on the new button labeled "View Event Chat Room".

Start a new chat by clicking on the appropriate options.

You can also attach images or files to your messages.
Receiving Notifications

Tutors receive in-app notifications for new messages from students.
