Where to Find the Unified Calendar
To access the Unified Calendar:
- Log in to your Admin Panel.
- Navigate to the Calendar tab in the main menu.
- The Unified Calendar View will open, displaying a detailed schedule of providers' general availability.
What You Can Do with the Unified Calendar
- See all provider schedules, including scheduled sessions, drop-in hours, and unavailable times.
- Navigate weeks ahead to plan and adjust schedules.
1. Create and Edit Sessions
- Schedule sessions for students
- Link to session details to edit or update as needed.
2. Add Provider Availability
- Click on an open time slot in the provider's schedule
- Select "Add Session Availability" from the dropdown menu.
- Fill in the availability details
3. Add Drop-In Hours
- Assign flexible times for students to access tutoring without appointments.
4. Mark Tutors as Unavailable
- Block off unavailable times (e.g., vacations, personal days) to prevent scheduling conflicts.
5. Track Real-Time Activity
- Monitor live sessions and center availability.
