Google Meet does not use a single, permanent meeting room. Instead, each tutor generates a unique meeting code.
Meeting codes expire 365 days after the last time they’re used.
Expiration timelines may vary slightly depending on where the meeting is created (e.g., directly in Google Meet vs. Google Calendar).
To avoid issues, always check expiration details before scheduling long-term sessions.
How to create a Google Meet link
Go to Google Meet.
Click New Meeting.
Select Create a meeting for later
A unique link will be generated. Copy the link.
