As an admin, you can make several types of changes to scheduled appointments. Click below to jump to the task you need:
Editing Appointment Details
You can edit certain fields within a appointment, depending on its status. To make changes:
- Go to the Appointment tab.
- Select the appointment you want to edit.
- Click Edit, then choose the field you want to update.
Available Edits:
Change Location
Admins can change the location of an appointment from the Admin Panel. This may be necessary if a room changes or if an appointment needs to switch to an online format.
When can you change the location?

When the appointment status is Pending, Scheduled, Completed, or Canceled
Things to Know:

For weekly recurring appointments, the location change applies to all future appointments in the series.

For group appointments, all group members will see the updated location.

Students and providers are not notified when an admin changes the location.

Change Attendance
You can update the attendance status for an appointment after it has occurred. This can be used to correct mistakes or enforce no-show policies.
When can you change the attendance?

Appointment status is Completed
Things to Know:

This change only applies to the specific appointment you are editing.
-
Changing attendance can affect no-show policy enforcement.

Students and providers are not notified when attendance is changed.
Change Date & Time (Reschedule)
Admins can reschedule upcoming appointments by changing the date and/or time.
When can you change the date and time?

Appointment status is Scheduled
Things to Know:
-
Applies to both in-person and online appointments.
-
For group appointments, all members will be rescheduled.
-
Students and providers are notified with a calendar update.
This applies to appointments that are In-Person or Online. See the example below:
Change Date & Time (Reschedule)
You can assign a different provider to an appointment if the original one becomes unavailable.
When You Can Change the Provider:

Appointment status is Scheduled or Canceled
Things to Know:

In recurring an appointment, only the selected an appointment is updated (future appointments are unaffected).

For group appointments, the new provider is assigned to all group members.

Original provider receives:

Cancellation email

Appointment is removed from calendar and Teach Screen

Cancel Appointment
Admins can cancel appointments directly from the Admin Panel.
When can you cancel an appointment?

Appointment status is Pending, Scheduled, or Completed
Things to Know:

Students and providers are notified when a appointment is canceled.
-
Both students and providers can also cancel appointment themselves.

Steps:

Go to the Appointments tab.

Select the appointment.

Click Cancel and confirm.
