The Date-Specific Availability feature allows admins to create ad hoc shifts by adding date-specific hours on behalf of providers (tutors, coaches, instructors, etc.) for both appointments and drop-in sessions. This flexibility ensures that providers’ schedules can be updated efficiently for one-time changes.
Admins can add date-specific hours in three ways:

Via the Calendar View

Via the Tutor Schedule Tab (for appointments)

Via the Drop-in Hours Tab (for drop-in sessions)

Adding Date-Specific Hours for Appointments via the Tutor Schedule Tab

Navigate to the Tutors tab.

Select the specific tutor you want to update.

Click Edit.

Select Edit Appointment Availability.

At the top of the availability grid, choose Set Date-Specific Hours for one-off availability changes.

Click Add a New Date and select the desired date.

Click Add New Time, specify the hours, and click Done.
Removing Date-Specific Hours
Via the Tutors Tab:

Navigate to the Tutors tab.

Scroll to the right to check the date-specific availability.

Select the tutor you want to delete availability for by clicking the pencil icon on the left side.

Click Edit.

Select Edit Appointment Availability.

At the top of the availability grid, click Set Date-Specific Hours.

Select the date-specific availability you want to delete.

Click Remove Date-Specific Hours and then Done.
