School-level administrators can export visits data for reporting and analysis. Follow the steps below to view and export the visits data:
Steps to Export Visits Data:

Navigate to Your School Dashboard:
- Log in as a school-level admin.
- Select the school you manage.

Access the Visits Section:
- Click on the Visits tab within your school dashboard.

Set the Date Range:
- Specify the desired date range for which you need data.

Export the Data:
- Click the Export Visits button.
- The visits data will be downloaded as a CSV file named
visits.csv
.
Understanding the visits.csv
File
The exported visits.csv
contains the following columns, providing detailed information about visits at your institution:
- Unique ID: A unique identifier for each visit.
- Community Name: The name of the community where the visit occurred.
- Community Display Name: The display-friendly name of the community.
- Community Category: The category to which the community belongs, if Categories are enabled.
- Mode: The format of the visit (e.g., virtual or in-person).
- Status: The visit’s status (e.g., Scheduled, Completed, Canceled, etc).
- Student Email: The email address of the student involved in the visit.
- Student SSO ID: The student's single sign-on ID.
- Student ID: A unique identifier for the student.
- Student Name: The full name of the student.
- Started At Date/Time: The date and time when the visit started.
- Ended At Date/Time: The date and time when the visit ended.
- Provider Email: The email address of the provider or tutor.
- Provider Name: The name of the provider or tutor.
- Type: The type of visit (e.g., 1:1, drop-in, or event).
- Recurrence: Indicates whether the visit is recurring or one-time.
- Topic: The course, topic, or purpose of the visit.
- Section: Any associated section or group tied to the visit.
- Event: Any linked event (if applicable).
- Location: The physical or virtual location of the visit.
- Scheduled Duration (Minutes): The scheduled duration of the visit in minutes.
- Provider Submitted Duration (Minutes): The actual duration submitted by the provider.
- Student Attendance: Whether the student attended the visit.
- Student Feedback: Feedback provided by the student regarding the visit.
