Why can't I check in to Drop-in?
Check the hours! If it is outside of the scheduled hours, you will not be able to check-in.

Why isn’t the drop-in kiosk prompting me to select a class?
This usually means that no tutor is currently available for that class. Classes will only appear in the check-in flow if a tutor has set their availability to support it during drop-in hours.
What you can do:

Double-check the class name or course code.

Try again later—tutors may not have added their availability yet.

Ask your tutoring center staff if you're unsure whether your class is supported for drop-in at this time.
