Why can't I check in to Drop-in? 

Check the hours! If it is outside of the scheduled hours, you will not be able to check-in. 

Why isn’t the drop-in kiosk prompting me to select a class?

This usually means that no tutor is currently available for that class. Classes will only appear in the check-in flow if a tutor has set their availability to support it during drop-in hours.

What you can do:

• Double-check the class name or course code.

• Try again later—tutors may not have added their availability yet.

• Ask your tutoring center staff if you're unsure whether your class is supported for drop-in at this time.
