Viewing Appointment Feedback
For Appointments and Drop-ins, both student and provider feedback can now be viewed in the following places:
Student Detail screen
Individual Session view
Sessions CSV export
The previous Sessions → Feedback tab has been retired as part of the Admin Panel redesign.
Adjusting feedback is explained within the help center article Appointment Feedback Settings.
Viewing Feedback on the Student Detail Screen
From the Students tab, search for and select an individual student.
On the Student Detail screen, scroll down to view the student’s session history.
Any feedback associated with those sessions will appear directly within the history and is clearly labelled as coming from either the student or the provider.
This view shows all feedback for that student in one place, across appointments and drop-ins.
Viewing Feedback on an Individual Session
From the Sessions tab, click into a specific appointment or drop-in.
Within the session’s detail screen, you’ll see:
Provider feedback (if submitted)
Student feedback (if submitted)
Feedback is displayed contextually within the session rather than in a separate global tab.
Note: If a student is marked as Absent, they will not be prompted to complete feedback.
Exporting Appointment Feedback
If you need to review feedback in bulk, you can export the Sessions CSV.
Feedback responses are included in the AP and AQ columns
This export includes feedback for Appointments and Drop-ins
(Events feedback continues to be exported separately via Event exports.)
