Should I Use a Single Community or Multiple Communities?

• Separate Communities: If different units support different course types (e.g., Chemistry vs. Writing), modes (Drop-In vs. Appointments), or topics.
• Single Community: If services overlap, a combined approach like "STEM" or "Tutoring" may work.
  Penji must create new communities for you—contact support for requests.

Can I Disable My Community (Prevent It from Being Live)?

Answer: Yes, adjust the "Community Eligibility" field in Settings to "Use List." Upload a list of eligible students under the Students tab. If no list is uploaded, access will be restricted.

Can I Add Myself as a Provider?

Answer: Yes, this is useful for testing. Use your admin account to act as both a student and provider by logging into web.penjiapp.com.
