Sessions Data
Why does the "Scheduled Start At Date" not match the "Started At Date" in my sessions export?
-
"Scheduled Start At Date" reflect when the session was created.
-
"Started At Date" reflect when the session actually took place.
-
"Ended At Date" depend on when providers submit feedback logs.
For usage limits, what is considered the week?
Penji uses a Sunday-to-Saturday weekly calendar.
The absent session was incorrectly marked as complete
Problem: A provider marked a session as "complete" even though it did not occur
Solution: Currently, the Penji system does not support corrections for completed sessions. Encourage providers to double-check attendance before submitting.
Location & course management
I see there are two different location CSVs, one for Drop-In and one for Sessions. Are there also two course CSVs?
No, Penji uses a single CSV for courses, providers, and students across all modes. However, Drop-In and Sessions require separate CSVs due to their different attributes.
Do I have to upload the same location twice for Sessions and Drop-In?
Yes, since appointment and Drop-In locations have different settings, you must upload them separately under each category.
Student & provider enrollment data
What does "Pending" mean in the provider column within the sessions tab?
Answer: "Pending" means the tutor has not yet joined Penji. They need to complete their account setup and select "Teach" to appear as an active provider.
