What video calling platforms are supported?
- Appointments: Zoom, MS Teams, GoBoard, WebEx.
- Drop-In: Zoom, MS Teams, GoBoard (MS Teams is not supported for Drop-In).
To configure platforms, set them up via the Locations CSV file.
How to record Zoom sessions when using Penji?
If providers are hosting their sessions via Zoom, it is up to their personal/institutional Zoom account settings to record the session. This will need to be enabled via Zoom Settings rather than Penji Platform settings. Here's a setup approach we like to suggest:
Zoom Settings: "Enable automatic Cloud Recording for the meeting". Once someone joins the Zoom room, the recording will start even without the host being present. The recording will be saved in the host's "My Recordings" page. This requires the host's Zoom settings to allow others to join the meeting without the host being present.

Tip: Ensure tutors are logged in to their Zoom accounts outside of Penji before the start of their tutoring shifts.
How are video call links created?
- Zoom: Providers enter their personal Zoom room details in Penji settings.
- GoBoard: A fresh link is generated for every call.
- MS Teams: Providers authorize their MS Teams account in Penji settings.
Note: MS Teams is not supported for Drop-In.
