"Help" Screen
If you ever have an issue within Penji, please check out our Penji Help Center, which can be found here: Help Center. The Help Center contains documentation for Admin, Students and Providers, and we are continually updating the Help Center with new information as our features and abilities within Penji grow! As a rule of thumb, if you have a problem, check out the Help Center first before reporting a problem.
When you report a problem within Penji, an email will be sent to our Penji Support Team. Our support team tries to answer these as quickly as possible. When filling out the Full Description, please be as detailed as possible! It helps if you include details like session date, session time, tutor, student, course, and any other information that would be helpful in understanding the problem.
Note: If you have joined the wrong community for your school, please Report a Problem and include which campus/school you would like to join.
"Settings" Screen
Settings will typically be used to input Zoom information or a different location link.
- See the article Providers: Setting up Zoom in Penji for specific instructions on setting up Zoom.
- Your program coordinator should provide specific instructions if they would like you to set up a location link.
